Is it Arc or ARC?
The name of the project is Arc UI System, or Arc for short.
Is Arc appropriate for use in journeys used by agents and colleagues?
Arc can be used for these journey. However, as these products may still have a built-in reliance on Internet Explorer 11, teams should be aware that Arc no longer supports this browser.
Can new icons be added to Arc?
If the icons are specific to the project you're working on, we recommend including them directly in the project you're working on.
Adding new icons to Arc involves adding them to the official BT icon library, which is managed by the BT Brand team. If you would like to request that an icon be added to the library and you think it suitable for use across BT, please get in touch with the Brand team (ask the Arc team if you'd like help reaching them).
Does Arc include an illustration library?
No, but illustrations and related guidance can be found on the BT Brand website.
What BT Group brands does Arc support?
Arc only supports the BT brand.
